Price of fuel per liter divided by km/liter of the ride

    Bro. Grand Starex with 8 passengers : P25/6 = P4.16 per km

    City : with 3 passengers : P38/10 = P3.8 per km

    Innova : with 5 passengers : P38/8 = P4.75 per km

I have not Yet factored in the number of passengers...

You can do your own computation....

Oversupply will be continue for the next 2-10

...low price for fuel for 10+ yrs

The reason china is not buying oil is that it is prolly using oil from the Philippine Sea. The world thinks china oil use is dropping is complete non sense. Its just importing less. Oversupply.

Another reason - Russia. Once it finds oil in the northern regions. Oversupply

OPEC will oversupply, they will never give up their market share.

Eco cars..hybrids and mazda fuel efficiency.

    Solar energy

    More efficeint turbines...

    Its inevitable....

Tankers don't go from middle east to the PH, they go from the middle east (or other oil producing countries) to refining hubs like Singapore. Not sure how long that takes, but prices aren't really dependent on the actual logistic travel time, but more on the trading of raw materials to refine crude into diesel and gasoline.

Galing pa rin Singapore ang raw mats. Our local refineries can't refine pure crude.

Edit: Not too sure about Petron's supply chain. I've heard before they get from Saudi Aramco directly. Basta I'm sure with Shell Tabangao, sa SG nanggagaling ang supply.

Brent just loss US$ 6.00 from August 19, doing below US$ 43.00. More bad news about China's screeching economy and it will hit US$ 40.00 within this week...

Jut totoo bang pumapalo lang ng 7 pesos per liter ang diesel sa 10,000liters? May isa kasing tao ng Filoil na nag-offer sakin kung gusto kong magpatayo ng gas station dito.

Nope. Super liit lang ng margin sa diesel. Even for clients who get millions of liters per month, we can't give prices like that.

10 kl is small fry, that's just the volume of regular station in metro manila for a day. Definitely smuggled or paihi yang ibebenta sayo, even then, masyado pa rin mura ang Php 7/L.

EDIT: Bro diba nasa region 2 ka? Generally mataas ang presyo ng diesel diyan. Perhaps what he means is a Php 7.00/L margin for diesel? This is possible if the priced are high enough. Nasa 29-30 pa ang presyo sa Tugue (28 in some places) so if you'll get from a wholesaler, baka kaya ang P7/L.

Tingnan mo lang rin kung magkano volume kaya mo. Usual volume for small sites is 30-40 klpm, if 60% diesel ka, then sa gasolina P10/L ang margin mo, edi meron ka roughly P250k/month.

Tumaas na naman, from 1.60 yesterday, expected rollback is 1.80 for gasoline.

That's almost a hundred bucks saved per full tank, in just a week's worth of price changes. Sana magrock bottom na para magstabilize na.
