i can probably do better than 13/li, if i were falling off a cliff. heh heh.

Don't forget that diesel is being used by majority of the PUV.
Mag rally lang mga Groupo ng Jeepney at Buses and the gov't will be forced to find ways to lower the price of diesel.
Kung mag shift lang majority ng PUV sa electric then i think hindi magyayari ito.
