in other words meron diesel shortage
sa ibang bansa nangyayari na ito:
pasalamat tayo di pa nangyayari dito
di bale mahal basta may mabili

i am assuming authority sees way above our visual level, into a more complete picture,
hence their decision.

even if our gov't makes diesel cheaper than gasoline, if international price of diesel is too high the gov't may not be able to artificially keep it down
