baka ibig sabihin hindi locally refined

Petron and Shell lang ang may refinery dito

lahat ng ibang players nag iimport ng petroleum products

I don’t see the advantage of having imported refined products as compared to Shell & Petron which has refineries here.

tried Seaoil’s 95 octane, (i always use Shell’s V Power) nagiba talaga ang hatak. Twice ko na nasubukan.

Another bad news is the Govt is going to implement the second wave of fuel excise tax on January 2019.

baka hindi consistent ang quality ng gasoline ng seaoil

sa pagkaalam ko iba iba sources ng mga independent player

there are many trading companies in Asia where you can buy petroleum products

the products originate from different refineries

sa importing ng petroleum products companies like Seaoil, Phoenix etc may have several suppliers and their suppliers may not necessarily be refiners

there are trading companies that are in between refiners and customers

those trading companies buy products from refiners and sell it to customers like Philippines fuel importers

the trading companies can do that coz they own vessels and storage facilities

I know seaoil family they used to have barge transporting petroleum products. Now they established their own gasoline branches. But still they saw how lucrative the industry is and they follow how the big 3 manipulate prices.

just trying to explain the inconsistent quality of imported fuel

since Petron and Shell have their own refinery mas consistent ang quality ng fuel nila

mga importer kasi di mo alam saan galing ang mga produkto nila

of course galing sa refineries abroad pero from which refineries we don't know

pwede galing sa china, south korea, thailand, singapore etc

kadalasan middle man ang supplier so even the importer may not know which refinery the product came from
