Just stay in the Laperal Mansion/Arlegui if you're still allowed to do so as the SC handed the said house back to the rightful owner already. Cory Aquino and Ramos did that. It was Erap who moved back into Malacanang and GMA definitely made herself at home inside it just as well.

Hayyy.

For me, that's not the proper way of living the legacy of his parents. That's mediocre thinking. And yes, it's not living the legacy of his parents. It's mere mimicking.

Noy, tuloy mo yan. Konti na lang mapi-People Power ka na.

He definitely needs a very good press secretary/PR adviser. He seems shoots off stuff without really taking a long, hard reflection. Was he hoping to score a couple of media points that "he is not the frivolous president?" Hmmmm....

He cannot -- and should not -- stay in Times Street, not just because of the traditional aspect of it, but more so security.

Imagine having to secure not just the house but the whole baranggay. Imagine the inconvenience it will result to the residents who have to be checked whenever they get home... not to mention their relatives, visitors, and suppliers who need to come and go. Imagine the security detail that must be provided to protect him when he travels to and from home... plus the traffic it will cause. Add to that the security issues surrounding visiting dignitaries and/or VIPs who need to visit him at a moment's notice (it does happen, especially in emergencies). Oh... is there a helicopter deck (or at least a large-enough lot) nearby when the need to use a chopper arises?

Imagine having to secure the periphery of the whole baranggay. After all, targeting a single house for a mortar/artillery attack is much easier to do as opposed to targeting the whole Malacañang.

Someone find him a PR guy, quick! And no... I don't think Boy Abunda will cut it for him.

Yeah let him do what he wants with minute things like that... If he likes to live in a condo then let him, maybe he find Malacanang to big for him alone...
