Diba, 40kph on EDSA and Roxas Blvd.... grabe. If all the cars along EDSA will just travel at 60-70kph average, walang trapik panigurado!

Pag umagang umaga, minsan nagugulat ako bat ambagal ng flow ng kotse. Langya, sa unahan pala may tumatakbo ng 30kph. Obstructing the way of the rest sa likod nya.

Built up areas, no traffic, 40-50 km/h, puwede.

    EDSA, 80.

Highways, 120. Buses and trucks on highways, stick to the 80 km/h limit... right lane ONLY.

    School zones, 20. Agreed.

Setting any speed limit in the absence of obstructions or crossing school children below 40 km/h will waste gasoline and diesel. Speed limits in-city must be set between 40-60 km/h to promote better fuel economy.

In fact, there should be a 40 km/h minimum on EDSA.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Agree here as well. 120kph is sufficient for our highways if you're looking to balance FC and speed; and trucks and buses should be limited to 80kph on the proper lanes.

I'd rather see a bill that tackles traffic issues though. Or perhaps a bill that mandates summary execution for erring bus drivers.

Manghuli sila ng obstruction of traffic!!!
