Mar is intelligent and well educated. Good resume for president. But what he lacks is leadership imo.

Iba pa rin talaga ang INC. Sinusuyo pa rin. After Grace Poe, It's Mar's and Leni's turn (dalawa pa sila). Kala ko pa naman above such things si Mar (and Leni), di din pala. Tsk. Tsk.

    Si Duterte kaya?

    Binay, I won't be surprised.

Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas and his vice presidential running mate, Leni Robredo, apparently met with the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) leadership on the same day that rival presidential candidate Grace Poe confirmed having met with a high-ranking minister of the bloc-voting religious sect.
Candidates openly seek the endorsement of the influential sect, which is known to vote as a bloc and is believed to carry a voting power of about 2 million votes.

So, Du30, Poe, and Roxas sought INC endorsement, malinaw na yan.

Trapo moves. Shame shame on them three. Sad, just sad. Looks bad for them, but I'm sure INC is grinning from ear to ear. Maimpluwensiya pa din and INC, undeniably.

INC should respect the choice of its people...

We do not want "utang na loob" with our President.

But then again,- that's wishful thinking...

Not just criticized, he gave them ultimatum to leave peacefully. The police then is in full anti-riot gear, ready to disperse the crowd.

Sharing this article because it's quite different from all other articles about Mar. More than just focusing on all his achievements, this writer narrates her personal experience working for the government, and gives us a more personal insight to Mar.

#KwentongKampanya aka My second to the last hanash for my undecided friends

    Hello po, good PM.

Second to the last ito kasi baka may maisip pa ako sa Friday. HAHA! ‪#‎Sigurista‬.

Pero to my undecided friends, gusto ko lang magkwento ng life ko since 2012 at kung paano nito nabuo ang pasya kong iboto ang kandidato ko. Gusto ko lang ikwento kasi wala pa akong Essay Writing Contest entry ngayong election season. CHOS. Haha.

If you know someone of your skill level, text me so we can hire him/her.”

Pero in 2013, one year into the job, sabi ko, ayoko na. Quota na ako ng feelings. Ready na talaga ako magpack-up ng “government life.”

Sorry.

Sec. Mar looking at things! (Inspecting the setup from the MMDA HQ at Luneta Hotel, day before Pope Francis' arrival)

“I care about my job, Sir. I care about you.”

This administration despite its imperfections, has inspired young idealistic people like me to join the movement for a better Philippines, to join government. After years of corruption and incompetence, this government gave us hope that we can do better and we can be better. This administration did not bring perfection, but it brought hope.

HAHA. Ang sinasabi ko lang po, baka magandang point for reflection ito: if this administration is as bad as the universe paints it to be, sana hindi dumarami ang mga kabataang nagpapasyang magtaya para rito.

HAHAHA.

Be strong! HAHA <3

If that's the reason of your office mates for not wanting to go work, then we wonder who needs the real change right?

On the part of Mar Roxas, he can afford to comfortably retire and not put up with the crap that a lot of people put and throw at him (for starters, perhaps things like people posting on the internet that his officemates don't want to go to work because of some poster they see, to the larger problems in society that people will always continue to blame the government and everything else under the sun... but themselves), but the guy still wants to be given a chance to serve more.

If he were greedy, he'd have started stealing from the government's coffers 23 years ago. Propaganda aside, the man has a clean track record.

i think along this line too. it lends substance to my postulate that he's more of career bureaucrat or a statesman than a mere politician (though he had terms in congress both as a congressman and senator. career bureaucrats are not loved by the governed.
