    If that’s how the students, faculty and other alumni feel, why suppress it? Uhm, siguro kasi hindi katanggap-tanggap sa itinuro at itinuturo ng school diba? Parang nakakainsulto sa academe.

    FYI, wala namang ginawaran ng parangal na alumni ang UP, Ateneo at La Salle na walang modo at kung umasta eh parang walang pinag aralan.

    To be brutally frank, we all know why they give out awards and doctorates...either sincere recognition or to curry favor. i don't think they achieved either.

    Ang turn-off dyan yun nagsosoli ng award. Who knows what he/she is up to? Nakikisakay para sumikat? When you receive an award, kasama na yun honor mo dun na hinde mo ihuhulog yun mga nagbigay sayo ng award. Only shows na you don't deserve the award.

    Bakla / showbiz lang nag-gaganyan, solian ng award.

    Iyong sa mga nagsa-sauli ng awards nila... Nakikisakay lang sila sa issue.... Tahimik na lang sana sila, dahil lalo lang lumalala ang sitwasyon.... Bordering on being too righteous....

    Lahat naman ng awards ay may kontrobersiya kahit papaano, kahit saan pa....

    Ang nakakatuwa sa mga taga UST eh sila mismo ang nasuka sa pagbigay ng award kay MU.

    And they were very vocal with their objections.

    Ayun, pati president ng Alumni Association, nag-resign.
