Let's see how you are going to implement this.
You can't fix the sidewalk vendor, you can't fix the illegal trike terminals, you can't fix erring PU Driver, you can't fix colurom who are by the way is the major source of the problem and now you're going to go after the private folks.

Edsa, c5, and other major roads ang natatrafic.

Not only because of the traffic but para makalusot nang maayos ang mga emergency vehicles like fire trucks, ambulance and police cars. It's also time to put order on the streets. It's like using something you don't own. The public owns the streets and sidewalks, give it back to us.

I don't like it. To me, it's a waste of resource to run after and validate parking spaces for each private car owner-to-be.
Make no mistake.. I am not siding with people who use the street as their own personal garage. To them I say, "For shame!"
But, I believe the government should be focusing on the low-hanging fruit: The PUVs. Based on my experience in the almost 30 years I've been driving, there's always a great likelihood that at the head-end of most traffic jams are PUVs waiting for passengers. Get them to move and traffic flow should be so much better.
Well, we all know where this motivation is coming from: PUVs don't have cash to give. Private folks do. In the end, it's all about monetizing the hard-working, predominantly middle-class citizens that's keeping the economy going. What's there to like about it?

Damihan pa yan at rumonda kada gabi.
