Siguro it should be expanded to anyone who files correct ITRs, not necessarily those who pay. Some people are poor due to circumstances not of their doing, or liking.

i certainly get what you guys are saying...the ones who pay for the government's "expenses" should have a say in who leads it.

At mayaman lang! (nako, so si Boybi nalang ang makakaboto dito). :D

I agree that they have to look into that proposal well since madali lang ipagpakuha ng TIN ang mga wala dati.

Kaya nga "The taxpayers are being ruled by the choice of the nontaxpayers."

Magkaiba iyon!....

In 1996, she attended the Summer Program for Lawyers at Harvard Law School. In 1997, she attended the Summer Program in Law at Oxford University and has since claimed alumna status at both institutions.[9]

Yes bro.,- I can relate with you on that...

Pero,- a lot of people are rich due to "circumstances of their doing or liking", if you get my drift......

Why would it be unfair? Government already coerces us to pay large amounts of taxes just so politicians can give favors to their voting base.

The fact that they sell their votes mean they could care less what happens to the future of the country...

Philippines is a freakin' republic. As a republic, 51% can't force into 49%'s throats the will of the majority. You know why? Because it's tyranny. Right now, it's the tyranny of people who could care less if the country will nose dive into the gutter.
Damn, son! Where'd you find this?
