Santiago files bill vs 'padrino system'

I'm very hopeful that this will become a law.

Katambal na ata ng sistema sa gobyerno ang padrino / palakasan.

this will level the playing field, and hopefully remove corruption.

it will be another useless bill even if it is passed. it won't get rid of the padrino system and corruption, pag nag kaso ka against padrino's no one will want to push through with it since they're also probably under the padrino's payroll.

Hindi lulisot yan for sure. Kung lumusot man, it's an unspoken language kaya wala rin. Personal gain pa rin yung mga yan.

actually meron na kasi mga existing laws that will prevent this kinds of wrong practices, problem lang di na iimplement. so adding another law will be useless.

Nepotism law is one. Kaso nga mahirap i-implement yan kasi mas madami nakikinabang sa gov't vs sa hindi. Papano ipapasa yan?
