With Ramadan coming closer, do you think the government agree to calling a temporary cease fire in their war against the MILF (so the MILF can observe the Ramadam)?

Ramadan, I heard, started today and will be on until the 30th. Maselan iyang desisyon na iyan kung ipagpapatuloy ang giyera dahil nga sa religious observance ng Ramadan.

Parang iyong Yum Kippur War between Egypt and Israel...

Not sure what the exact question is.

A ceasefire doesn't make sense from a tactical standpoint. But, it does make sense from a strategic standpoint.

Its a Big NO in my opinion. The MILF and their sympathizers have only used ceasefires to regroup and re-arm. There should be no let-up in the AFP's efforts to get Commander Kato and Commander Bravo.

Maawa naman tayo sa mga sundalo natin. If they stop now while having the tactical advantage, we can only expect more casualties as they try to bring these people to justice.

I agree, that will be the biggest stupidity that the military will do, why give the terrorist bastards respect or give respect to their religion for that matter when they don't respect other religions as well especially Christianity..

Ramadan is actually an advantage for the military the bastards can't eat or drink for the whole day and if the military is in pursuit they can easily catch up with the pigs.

Personally, the government should continue with their military push against the MILF and wipe them out to the last person. The same goes for the Abu Sayaf as well.

Hopefully GMA will listen to a responsible military adviser and not listen to the "advise" given out through MEDIA...
