    i'm sure those experts took into consideration na FLOOD PRONE ang metro manila

    wouldn't want to see headlines like: Undetermined number of subway passengers drown in flashflood

    yes sir.. but Tokyo is within sea level but their subways are more than 8 levels, I think. so deep in the ground.. with Japanese technology, I bet we are in good hands.. [emoji2] [emoji2] [emoji2]

    Not sure that you can completely plan against the weather. The New York subways got flooded with the recent storms.

    Feeling ko the planned subway is perfect....as a catch basin for floods. i share a fellow tsikoteer's pessimism regarding our ability to maintain it. Pagbabahayan lang yan ng Nandadamay este Kadamay

    Well, color me ignorant, but I doubt it can be done in that time period. Para lang yang drug war na 3 months lang daw solved na. Even 1st world projects of this sort always run into delays and is almost always overbudget.

    yung sinasabi mo na "supplier" mo malamang supplier mo ng genset/dynamo

    yung pag tayo ng highway, ocean bridge etc gawa po yan ng Chinese construction companies

    malamang ang papel ng supplier mo ay mag supply ng equipment sa mga project at hindi sila mismo ang nagtatayo

    yung tungkol sa pinakamahabang ocean bridge sa buong mundo -- ang Hangzhou Bay Bridge --- tinayo po yan ng China Railway Bridge Bureau Group

    China has become so good at building highways, railways, bridges, and entire cities that they're exporting their expertise to other countries

    And under the Du30 admin, magkakaroon ng madaming project ang China dito

    kung ang pag uusapan ay ang galing ng China

    oo magaling na ang China sa madaming bagay

    lalo na sa pag tayo ng infrastructure

    pero may mga bagay bagay pa hindi pa magaling ang China

    halimbawa mag tatayo ka ng commercial airline, saan ka bibili ng eroplano?

    syempre sa Boeing o sa Airbus

    hindi ka naman siguro bibili ng made in China na eroplano

    sino pasahero papatol sa airline mo kung puro made in China mga eroplano mo
