Pag sangkot na ang Senatongs and Tongressmen, wala tayong naririnig na Senate or Congressional investigation in aid of legislation.

Both Senate and Congress are self-serving, kaya nga nila pinatanggal death penalty, plunder kasi is punishable by death.

They put a different spin on how they achieved in having the death penalty repealed, but its main purpose is so that none of them can be put to death if they get caught.

Prohibition of whistleblowing is against the constitution. It is the moral and constitutional duty of citizens to scrutinize the government. Only wished we had the right to bear arms to get keep these ****ers on check.

^Kung lahat sa gobyerno ay in on it, from legislative, executive, and judiciary, talagang kawawa witness in the end. Early stages of scandal exposure ay kunwari galit sila, to appease the masses. Kapag tumahimik na, nagkabayaran na sa media, lagot na ang witness. They do this to discourage any future witness from coming out.

Pero saludo pa rin ako sa mga whistle-blower, kahit may strong track record ang bansa natin na pinapahamak ng gobyerno sila, this doesn't discourage them from coming out with the truth.

Inquirer released a transcript of their interview with Mrs. Napoles.

Not sure if she wants to clear her name or wants to make a fool of herself.

I think she went there to make money talk for her if it were only one on one with the Inquirer top dog. A word of caution to Inquirer, she and her "customers" may have enough money to buy the whole newspaper through a third party with an offer Inquirer can 't refuse.

MANILA, Philippines — Justice Secretary Leila de Lima said Wednesday night that National Bureau of Investigation agents were set to arrest businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles and her brother Reynald “Jojo” Lim for the alleged serious illegal detention of Benhur Luy.

“Warrants of arrest issued Wednesday afternoon by Branch 150, Regional Trial Court-Makati vs Janet Lim Napoles and her brother Reynald “Jojo” Lim in the serious illegal detention case,” De Lima said in a text message.

De Lima said the case is a “non-bailable” offense.

“NBI team on its way to implement arrest warrant,” said De Lima.

it is also possible kaya lumabas itong case na ito ay dahil merong hindi nabigyan or kulang yung nakuhang parte niya/nila.
