Masaito drive Toll fee makatwiran ba?

Good afternoon to all,

I am a private citizen from Imus Cavite. There was a new shortcut passing from Buhay na tubig highway to new Molino blvd road, It was called Masaito Drive under Masaito Developer which is the developer of Covina village and Bellazona Subdivision. First few months the driveway was free for all motorist. After almost a month of using they started to closed the driveway for almost 2 months. and advised motorist that there will be toll fee for every pass to this Masaito Drive. The question is this Masaito drive is under the Masaito developer but they are charging P10 per entry Passing to Covina and another P10 per entry passing to Bellazona exiting to new Molino Blvd which infact is just one way. Grabe yata ang charge nila parang Costal toll fee P22 lang. Tama kaya ito?

if it's privately owned then you all have to suck it. if you won't then huwag na lang kayo dumaan doon.
