    The more companies will contractualize so they don't have to share their profits...mas mawawala ang security of tenure sa mga lower tier...

    much better to give incentives to companies that share their profits with their people

    you simply cannot force profit sharing

    mga telcos may profit sharing pero sa mga MANAGER lang ang alam ko.

    anything under the manager "BONUS" ang tawag. Sa globe daw 21 months umabot ang sweldo tas sa smart 17 months based on last year's performance or income

    humihina daw smart ngayon ang chismis hehehe! nagtataka daw sila bakit ang globe malaki ang kita.

    BTT:

    kalokohan ang tongressman na ito.. profit sharing gagawin mandatory, san niya kaya napulot yun? tas nakalagay sa article OK lang daw sa mga businesses yun proposal niya. "DUH" parang hindi ako naniniwala eh

    Some companies call it an "honorarium". This allows them to scale it up and down depending on how well the business is doing.

    dapat lang employers get richer. sila ang namuhunan eh. they took risk. they bet their capital. they could have lost money

    mamuhunan sila. magbenta sila ng tocino whatever... para malaman nila what it's like to put capital at risk

    On the other hand... I'm all for it!

    Mandatory profit sharing... but no basic salary. You will literally sink or swim with the company!

    Imagine... if you have no business, no overhead... because zero profits means zero salaries and wages to pay off. All you'll have to do is loan the capital from yourself at an excessive interest rate, and all profit goes into loan payments. Please, let this be made into a law!

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
