with Democracy "Philippine-Style", mahirap... walang magaling sa pinoys. we have such short memory. Magaling and praises for a few days and then bashing time na pag di na pabor sa pangsariling kapakanan and will always "look for the black dot on a sheet of white paper".

(Although for Binay, it would be looking for a white dot on a black background.)

That would be the day,- it we elect a President that will run the country like a true CEO...

I could be wrong here, but in Singapore (raw), you have to show proof(qualification) that you're able to run a company with X amount of revenue before you can run for PM?

    Is that true?

basta ako sa susunod na eleksyon siguradong di si binay or mar ang iboboto ko. i'm sure meron pa tatakbo iba jan bukod sa 2 unggoy na yan.

balita ko kasi may ilan papatakbuhin para mahati ang boto kay binay since si mar malabo daw manalo. vp naman sure win si grace po unless tumakbo si vilma santos which will no doubt win kung tatakbo nga, dami daw kasi lumiligaw pero gusto na daw mag retiro from politics.

Ganito rin line of thinking ko dati. Think about it, lahat ng GOCCs puro lugi, while companies in the same sector are making money.

Of course, ibang usapan na pag gobyerno: it's not always about profits, it's about public service..but i think the government can learn a thing or two about corporate efficiency. Tamad? Kurakot?

    Hmm, CEO ba kamo? MVP?

Re Kris: afaik tatakbo muna atang mayor or governor.

btw, i read somewhere that Vilma Santos may be interested. Di po ako Batangueno but i've heard good things.

i'd probably vote for Mar. Re Korina: er, ipa administrative leave forever? :D

govt companies always lose money coz employees of govt companies treat the companies as milking cows

everybody's taking as much as they can from the companies

nobody cares if the companies lose money coz nobody has any capital invested in the companies

    walang may ari eh

if you had capital invested in the company you're running naturally it is in your best interest to run the company well
