Thanks for the suggestions bros. I am not really into political discussions with real people. Only sa tsikot that I can vent my frustrations pero IRL I dont argue about politics, moreso in the office where it is clearly mandated not to talk about politics, although I spiced my talks to the staffwith hints about my preference. Sa family (and extended family) naman, I don't insist my stand although they are aware of my political views. Im sure they suffered enough each time they swallow their pride and ask for favors.

Once we had lunch with a bank president. He said there is an unwritten rule for sales people. Don't talk with customers the following, among others:
- Politics;
- ***;
- religion

Tama naman. Pero baligtag experience ko with bank officers (local and intl). Puro saway kay digong and bbm hindi ko naman sinabing anti ako. Siguro same sentiments lang among the business communities.

I understand it’s not comfortable talking politics with people, but if the status quo remains the same, then sure win BBM by May.
It’s frequently the case wherein the educated, top corporate folks or MSME owners are pro-Leni while the bottom of the pyramid are BBM. Elections don’t care whether you’re a CEO or a janitor, each vote counts as one. And there are far more entry-level employees that are easily swayed by media and influential people.
We ourselves hold influence within the respective circles we work in. If we want to avoid BBM winning, we must at least engage and get the people around us to think deeply about who they will vote for. It doesn’t have to be Leni, but most people who put deep thought into their choice will often opt for someone aside from BBM.
I’m in Sales and I’ve talk all these things with my clients and I’m doing great so far. There’s a way to talk these things without ending up with polarization and argument.

Wear a baller. Your employees might get influenced by the subtle message. And those who needs a boost.

Same sentiments.
Desperate times call for different ways and means to pursue a better Philippines. There's no way around it.
You can indeed engage without being polarizing, just talk about the ideas and never the person para hindi offending.
