Yes, even in the province ay ganyang racket ang LGU's. Sad but true, national ang LTO eh, bakit per town meron pa babayaran? DUH!? :twak:

One of the horrors many businessmen face.
WTF are the fees for right? Hindi naman subdivision ang dinadaanan nila... public roads! LTO is supposed to cover for those friggin fees and the many, many other taxes we pay for fuel, sales, etc.

IIRC they're with AVID. The reported numbers in the TG article are from CAMPI.
