you don't need full-auto to inflict massive casualties. you just need a few glocks and lots of magazines. a glock carbine conversion will help too. just look up how fast you could swap out magazines

you don't even need guns. these screwed up people have used fertilizer bombs

these people will kill and will be able to kill lots of people with or without guns. guns are just another tool

It would be quite difficult for one man to kill 60 people and wound over 500 with a truck or knives/swords. Paddock did it in the safety of his hotel room over half a click away.



Fertilizer bombs are illegal and a lot harder to acquire than guns. An individual will also need the necessary chemical know-how to build one.

Any undiagnosed nutcase in Nevada with good credit can get an AR-15 with a credit card. A few Google searches and he can then convert it to fully automatic, which is probably what happened here.

Guns are just too easy to get in the US.

Blending in is one thing, but racking up points to plan for future benefits on the night you are going to commit mass murder seems glaringly inconsistent.
