Sus.

But that's 70 yrs ago. It's time to go. Nakakasira na sya satin

    Hindi rin.

It just goes to show how the americans ruled over us and how we became under them before.

Hino's offering looks nice. Relatively cheap too, at Php 1.4M to 2M.

Toyota coaster with the same capacity costs Php 3.xxM already.

This PISTON should be arrested for promoting non-compliance of the regulations.

Hope the driver didn’t have to pump the brake a couple of times for that thing to come to a halt, like what the jeepneys locally need to do.

I wonder how true are these estimates. The 1000 jeep per year are from 2021 study. Assuming they have x5 that this year. It will still take years to replace them all, I don't think they can produce until end of this year.

LTFRB already backed down a bit by moving the deadline from June 30 to December 31. BBM already said "hindi maganda ang naging implementation nung modernization" and the senators are calling to defer it.

This won't happen on the end of this year, although I wonder how the public commuters will react? Baka maging mabenta 2nd hand cheap cars and MC? screenshot_2023-03-04-11-32-23-89_f9ee0578fe1cc94de7482bd41accb329.jpgscreenshot_2023-03-04-11-08-25-23_f9ee0578fe1cc94de7482bd41accb329.jpgscreenshot_2023-03-04-11-32-33-60_f9ee0578fe1cc94de7482bd41accb329.jpg

pandemic lockdowns forced a lot of commuters to become self-reliant in transportation (e-scooters, e-bikes, bicycles, motorcycles)

i think the pandemic turned many commuters into ex-commuters permanently

jeepney groups no longer have the clout they had before

but jeepney groups still think they have clout

they keeping using the transport strike card

they're gonna fade into irrelevance in a few more years
