    Pakistan and N Korea have nukes. Pakistan is even more dangerous in my mind. Kahit US ally kuno, marami silang mga extremist The Talibans are a creation of Pakinstani religious schools and the ISI, the Pakistani Intellegence service.

    a premature strike by israel will be a foolhardy move when western countries who are still reeling from the recent mid-east armed conflict will condemn the one who drew first blood. the us forces may have been out of iraq but are still very present in the gulf region placing them in harm's way. a strike will be too risky considering the multiple underground targets and the distance involved and the collateral damage will be too high for supposedly a countermeasure to prevent hezbollah and hamas from obtaining nuclear weapons. in fact it may even give more reason for both iran and israel to nuke each other to quicken an otherwise long and bloody war- the very threat israel's trying to prevent. like north korea and pakistan, iran's just hedging its hardline anti-usrael policy with its armament. historically, iran is not like iraq so should be approached with caution. it would be wise for european and western nation to work faster and harder and increase sanctions to pressure tehran to comply and while israel should instead develop a smarter, advanced system to defend its borders. we need that system in place in east asia, pronto. that water fight is getting mightily serious.

    How can Iran and Israel nuke each other when Iran still does not have enough enriched uranium to build a bomb.

    Israel has about 300 Nuclear warheads, enough to pretty much destroy Iran.

    well there's this friend of a friend of mine who sells low-enriched uranium… just kidding.
    but seriously these guys are sneaky b*stards to begin with so obtaining illicit materials from weapons trade comes secondary only to creating an actual bomb. iran has the stockpile for years and can prepare and test with a weapons-grade level if it's forced to do so only within a matter of weeks. tehran with enough years of knowledge/experience and reason/culpabality can retaliate if ever it is attacked first given that they can assemble the parts at short notice in covert facilities located nearest to israel. having 300 bombs does not guarantee a win in war. a preemptive strike against a nation with its leaders known for supporting and utilising terroristic action against its enemies will result into a long, horrific, and expensive war once again. a scenario which guarantees an escalation and most probably 300x genocide or a holocaust which neither side wins.
    the china japan philippines h2o conflict -that is sickening!

    how to go to war with Iran

    Turkey = NATO member

    Syria = Iran ally

    Turkey shells Syria in retaliation for deadly mortar attack on civilians | The Times

    The Turkish army shelled targets in Syria for the first time last night, killing several Syrian soldiers, and called an emergency Nato meeting after five of its citizens were killed by a mortar fired across the border.

    The soldiers were killed in an overnight bombardment of a Syrian military post near the border town of Tel Abyad, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said this morning.
    Turkey, Syria Trade Fire - WSJ.com

    ISTANBUL—Turkey fired mortars into Syria on Wednesday, in swift retaliation against what it called deadly Syrian regime shelling earlier in the day on a Turkish border town, heightening international fears over a new flash point in Syria's conflict.

    Turkey's strike was the first by a nation against Syria during the mounting chaos that started with last year's uprising against President Bashar al-Assad. Earlier Wednesday, Turkey said, Syrian regime forces shelled the Turkish border town of Akcakale, leaving five residents dead, including a mother and children, and wounding nine.

    Israel shoots down drone
    By the CNN Wire Staff
    October 6, 2012 -- Updated 2340 GMT (0740 HKT)

    Jerusalem (CNN) -- The Israeli air force shot down an unmanned drone Saturday over the northern Negev desert, the nation's military said.

    The Israeli Defense Forces spotted the drone, which did not carry any weapons or explosives, hovering over Gaza before it entered Israeli airspace, military spokeswoman Avital Leibovich said.

    Forces kept the drone under surveillance until a fighter jet shot it down around 10 a.m. Saturday over the Yatir Forest, the IDF said.
