I think it is now the defense turn today to cross examine Commissioner Henares.

Pero base salary is P50K. Talk about cheap way to enrich oneself.

Taasan base salary tapos dapat may fixed allowances lang depending upon level of position. Hindi yang na-ma-magic.

according to radio news reports, there is a move to pressure enrile off of his lofty senate position. to the extent na inuungkat daw iyong long forgotten olalia case (who by the way was an uncle of my pretty college classmate )

Magkano ba ang pork barrel and other discretionary funds nila na not even subject for audit? They are receiving millions of pesos per month. That is the absurdity of the Philippine Government. Our SALN is defective in form because what is listed there is only our basic salary.
your right sir may allowance pa yan kung saan saan like jbc, jdf, city allowance etc... etc... etc.... etc... w/c is also tax exempt... member din ng kung ano ano pa... na malaking allowance din cyang natatangap...

I hope this impeachment trial shall be an eye opener for us Filipinos if the Aquino government is really dedicated for genuine reforms in our government and as his famous campaign slogan says pag walang corrupt walang mahirap.
