I think BIR should now investigate the wife and the children and if found not paying the right taxes should immediately file a criminal case.

The decision was made in 2003, the article is misleading because it makes the reader believe that Corona was the CJ already then and that he wrote that himself.

    Obviously defective.

For the information and guidance of all concerned, be it noted that Court Justices and judges are receiving allowances which are none-taxable. They are receiving Special Allowance for Justices and Judges which is equivalent to their one month salary, Representation and Transportation Allowance, Extra-ordinary allowance, etc., none-taxable po lahat yan. Yong none-taxable allowances ni CJ might be PhP 80,000-100,000 per month. How about the President, Vice-President, Senators and Congressmen? Magkano lang ba ang basic salary nila? Magkano ba ang pork barrel and other discretionary funds nila na not even subject for audit? They are receiving millions of pesos per month. That is the absurdity of the Philippine Government. Our SALN is defective in form because what is listed there is only our basic salary.

Impeachment against CJ Corona..
