    ^moot and academic, nasa senate na... If judges thinks walang ebidensiya then they should cote for acquittal tapos! Non issue na kung pinagaralan or hinde, as long as meron 1/3 signature deemed impeach na and kailangan na i try sa senate...

    If people have problem on how impeachment works then change the constitution until then sit back and watch, walang kwenta na kung tama process or not since tama dahil yun nakasulat Sa constitution

    Im sure They will give out details of that emergency power if and when they will really grant it to the pres. As for now its just a suggestion that someone probably put it out in the open, no more no less.

    Not something people should worry about..

    Sinabi na ni Noynoy last week, hindi din magiging sagot ang emergency powers sa electricity problem sa Mindanao so he is not in favor of that.

    Hinde HDO yun na issue, watch list order, so technically hinde HDO..

    Anyway, it's moot and academic nanaman yan issue, dahil Meron ng case at nakakulong ns Si GMA...

    Another thing it was GMA's DOJ sec Agra who issued that circular giving the rights to DOJ to stop anyone from leaving...

    If it's illegal well, anyone can question it and in fact GMA's camp just did that before the SC, but before that when DOJ used that circular against GMA, there was a presumption of legality...

    As I've said recycled issue tapos na nakakulong na at Meron ng HDO from court..the end...
