At the least the Supreme Court should have explained kung paano nangyari yun. Kung mix up lang talaga, then let the people who were careless take the heat on that.... But it doesnt mean na may milagro dun at kung may milagro man, involved si corona. The prosecutors can always allege involvement of corona, but to prove that involvement is a different thing.

Tama yan. Sana.... But being a lawyer, why would you waive your rights? O sige granted na it may indicate his hands are not clean... The thing is... Leave him a graceful exit...

Tuloy kung nagka constitutional crisis sino ang talo, the same institutions that we want to strengthen...

I dont think its that straight forward. Or bago pa sya ma appoint sa supreme court. Altho defense na ang magpapakita nyn... Now yung d ailagay sa SALN....

Im sure with this sana matuto a lahat na agdeclare ng tama.

Burden of proof shifts to defense pag naipakita ng prosecution na disproportionate yung assets at cash nya against sa kinikita nya.

Kailangan na talaga ni Corona SC nyan then he will again become a walking constitutional crisis. Kaya pala ayaw nyang mag leave, at pinapa inhibit nya pa si Carpio at Sereno.

PSBank running to SC regarding the dollar account is admission that Corona indeed has dollar deposit to them.

Pag masyadong malaki yan at biglang nag zero balance after 2010 eh mas lalong questionable si Corona.

I don't think they can freeze his accounts since hinde covered ang article 2.4 ill-gotten wealth charge. Yung habol nito is he did not declare those monies in his SALN. Yung dollar accounts could have zero balances like the 3 out of 5 PSBank peso accounts. Si Henares lang pwede maghabol if di niya ma-explain saan galing.

Impeachment against CJ Corona..
