    Miriam might be akin to a rabid dog that just won't stop snarling and barking, but behind those abusive, verbal tirades lie valid points. (Well, most of the time, that is.)

    Besides, it is the hallmark of a mature and level-headed (*read*competent) lawyer to keep his cool amidst such acidic tirades. Vitaliano Aguirre has shown that he is neither by pulling off this stunt and even daring to back it up to a judge in the middle of his court. (Buti pa kung kapwa lawyer but to a judge!? WTF is he thinking!?)

    Forget that it was Miriam. A lawyer did that to a judge. While in court. Grabe, iba na yan ah. Paano kaya career nito after this?

    Ang hirap Kay Mirriam she want to dish anybody but Kung Meron pumalag gagamitin pag ka judge mniya at mag cite in contempt...

    Kung gusto niya mag sermon dapat tangapin niya Kung Meron sasagot...

    Kung baligtarin na pagsanihan siya hinde rin naman siya tatahimik Lang eh at sasagot din siya...

    Bakit ba Kasi hinde pa tumalon Sa eroplano yan nun Sinabi niya dati?

    Ang tamang procedure na dapat ginawa ni aguring eh sabihin sa lead prosecutor or kay farinas or kung sino ang inatasan prosecution team at doon nya sabihin ang kanyang saluobin at pwede sila na magsabi para sa kanya. Its all about procedure.

    Yun ang problema ni aguring inantay nya mapagsabihan sya. Kung talaga matapang sya dapat simula sapol sinabi na nya ka farinas yung reklamo nya kung talagang nasasaktan sya sa sinabi ni miriam or gusto lang nya talaga itaunt.

    Matapang sya pero sa level ng hindi na pagiging abogado. Pinahamak lang nya lalo ang prosecution.

    Ako nabastusan ako sa kanya. It doesn't matter who is speaking, or what she is saying - you show the proper respect, at the very least to the position which she holds. As has been mentioned, there are proper ways to express your opinion. I don't think he'd do that in a normal court, with a regular judge - what makes the impeachment court any less worthy of respect and proper decorum? Now he's managed to make the prosecution look even worse - stupid move.

    Swerte ni tupas may pumalit ng spotlight sa kanya.

    Natawa ako kanina nakikipag-debate pa sya kay justice cuevas regarding na na naiinsulto daw sila para paratangan na hindi handa.

    Mali ba naman timing ng prosecution para mag aguirring..... March 12 pa ulit magresume. Ito pag uusapan ng tao, media. Ewan ko paano sila makaka 16 ngayon. Nagparinig na si jinggoy "Kung ma-acquit si chief justice........."

    Tapos lawyer pa sya ni hubert webb......Hindi maganda skandalo ginawa nya.....
