In the case of the news on INC refusing shelter, as reported by Eaglenews, the deed was already completed! HOUSED nga di ba? wala naman sinabi na the families are still housed in the kapilya to make the deed continuous.

i don't think the word "account" is a synonym for "deed" : a "deed" is an action taken, oftentimes implied to be good, while an "account" can be defined as a report of a deed. So you can understand my confusion.
