Since katatapos lang nang election, just thinking kung senator/congressman tayo, anu-anong mga batas gagawin natin?

I am thinking to abolish MMDA since meron din mga traffic guys every LGU or abolish yung mga traffic guys nang mga LGU instead.

Sa lagay kasi parang double jeopardy ang taxes natin. Pinapa sweldo natin both MMDA and LGU traffic guys.

There is already a law that allows foreigners to retire in the Ph with just $50k investment. Kung wala silang ganyan na pera e huwag na, baka gobyerno pa magpalibing sa kanila. For filams like you, you can always reacquire your philippine citizenship by taking advantage of the dual citizenship law. Just don't tell uncle sam.

I don't like death penalty. Masyadong madali. I prefer life imprisonment with at least 5 years solitary confinement (no visitors except the lawyer) followed by minimum 10 years hard labor per conviction and absolutely no possibility of parole or pardon. So example rape with murder, 2 crimes yun so 10 years solitary plus 20 years hard labor. Tignan lang natin kung di mabuwang yan sa loob at magsuicide.

I'll pass a law that if a policeman uses his position, firearm, any govt issued vehicle, etc. to commit a crime it wll be minimum 30 years hard labor.

Allow foreign companies 100% ownership of businesses they put up EXCEPT mining.

For mining, i will not allow pure mining only. Dapat may upstream. Bawal ang export ng ore. They should put up smelting and refining plants so the export are metal billets, then give more incentives to manufacturing finished products. Example, copper. Bawal ang export ng copper ore or concentrate. Dapat 99.999 copper billets ang minimum, then after a few years meron na dapat wire drawing plant, then a dew years more magkaron na automotive harness production, electrical switch gear, etc. Pure mining only benefits the mine owner. After the ore is depletted (and they do mine as if there is no tomorrow) the community suffers. Since they can earn more by putting up manufacturing plants then the ore deposit will last longer and the community benefits longer.

hindi ba magastos sa budget.. hehehe bawas pa sa tax yung pang kain nila at space sa preso.. baka pwedeng ilagay na lang sa mas kapi pakinabang yung tax.. bigyan na lang siguro sila ng konting time na makapag sisi.. try ipapanood sa kanila mga sample ng victims stories makadagdag sa kunsensya kung meron.. baka naman patawarin sila sa sins nila bago sila i-death penalty..

I remember this tv talk show many years ago and the topic that night was new graduates and what they intended to do after graduation. I do not remember who the senator guest was but one newly grafuate magna cumlaude lady said she intended to work in the government. She was told not to by the good senator. He said she would be corrupted immediately by the system, swallowed whole, chewed and spat out unrecognizeable from the ideals she had worked so hard for in college. She was advised to work in the private sector, earn her wings, then only join the government when she already has enough experience and fortitude to fight the system of corruption in the government.

I agree. You will only be corrupting those new graduates if you shove them into that snake pit called "government service".
