It's all stupid except for the anti selfie bill. They should rename it because it's not just about taking selfies. According to another article I read, it's about taking photos of people without their consent. It's about time since many people have become trigger happy with their camera and posting pictures of strangers online. Once a photo is uploaded online, you can't take it back anymore. eg taking an embarrassing photo of a stranger and posting it on social media.
