Yup. I've had to deal with the Large Taxpayer Department of the BIR and those S.O.B.s make it even more difficult for you to get a CAR (Certificate authorizing Registration) when you are compliant. Mga salot ng lipunan!

Hm.

Barack Obama is nowhere near the best President the US has had, and his missteps in regards to foreign policy in the Middle East have had poor results, but he's nowhere near as bad as Dubya... who put the finishing touches on the total wreckage of the US economy through the criminal blunders leading up to the huge subprime crisis.

I'd say he's probably below Clinton and Bush Senior, but not that far below...
