Tell toir daughter to go to the nearest DOLE office and go to the SeNA desk.

Ask for help and they will contact the employer for renegotiation of the clause. Kapag DOLE SeNA (Single entry approach procedure) kasi mabilis yan, tsaka mas pabor sa employee.

Ask the company na deferred payment on installment sana para marelease lang ang papers and documents. Babayaran naman kamo. Some bonds are cheaper naman compared sa instant payment. Bonds do make for more compelling reason for the employer kasi pero kahit promissory note lang basta dinaan sa SeNA mabigat yan.

That is her best move imho for renegotiating the contract. Makikiusap talaga siya pero at least may kakampi.

Pay the bond na lang para malinis ang pag-alis sa company. But I do know of some who left the company before their bond ends. Umabot sa time na may collection agency na tumatawag na sa kanila para singilin yung bond. Pero di tumiklop at sumuko rin yung collection agency. But I guess blacklisted na sila dun sa company na yun.

considering your former employer holds some important cards that you will probably require in your future employment opportunities, it is difficult, being blackballed by your former employer.
try your best to leave under good terms.
institution administration personnel will come and go, but institution personnel records last a long long time.

if your daughter signed the "bond" contract, no other way but to honor it. isipin nyo na lang na she learned/gained experience from that hospital, and it helps her get a job abroad. saka baka may backpay pa sya, baka ma cover na yun.

ako naka ilang beses na ako nag resign na hindi pa tapos yung training bond ko from the company. buti na cover ng back pay ko and may extra pa hehe. hindi ko na nga expect na may ma receive pa ako, basta pag nag resign ako eh ang iniisip ko eh I'll be in a better and much rewarding place na.

and also I always advice this to my friends, do not burn bridges with your former employer or boss. you never know when are you going to need them in the future hehe. baka malay mo gusto mo pa bumalik sa kanila, at least in good terms kayo nag hiwalay.
