Now after the NBN fiasco and malacanang pay-off, its like that time again. Though there's no evidence that she's involved, they're all happening under her nose.

Actually, in the parliamentary form of government, this is the norm.

Lahat naman talaga pag palpak, ang sisi dapat nasa Prime Minister (since in the parliamentary form, the President is merely a figurehead with limited powers). Kung abusado, corrupt or hindi ma-control ng PM yung kanyang mga alipores, normally nagre-resign siya or binibigyan ng vote of no confidence para pwersahang umalis sa pwesto (kung ayaw magbitiw). Parang basketball lang yan, players win games, coaches lose them. Pag natatalo talaga, its bad form to blame the players. Coaches should fess up, and claim responsibility.

Ako simple lang naman ang hiling ko. Magpakulong siya ng corrupt at wag bigyan ng pardon, para maramdaman kong sincere siya. Eh kaya lang yung malakas mangurakot, free as a bird (e.g. Nani Perez, Abalos, Erap, Jocjoc Bolante, etc.)
