FG: i want P42M for that piece of land
Buyer: Whaaat?! P42M?! That piece of land is in the middle of nowhere... there aren't even roads leading to it!
FG: if there are roads leading to it, will you buy it for P42M?
Buyer: Yes
FG: Done

Or:

August 11th, 2009 04:12 PM #5Hindi kaya yung deed of sale sa papel lang, to justify the exponential growth of assets? Anybody who knows about this Lim buyer? Yung ITR ba nya for the past five years will justify for him to buy in cash(I presume) the land? Because I think no bank will lend 42M for that piece of sh**t, land pala.
Parang comparison din sa income sa quarrying operations during the time of Lapid and Panlilio.. Sa numbers palang, kitang kita mo na. No need to explain.

A money-laundering scheme?
PCIJ should investigate Richard Lim further to check where his money came from to pay for that overpriced land.

Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
