MANILA, Philippines -- The government, through Interior and Local Secretary Ronaldo Puno throughout Metro Manila and in Regions 3 and 4-A.
The curfew starts 12 midnight to 5 a.m. Friday.

Curfew declared to expedite hunt for other plotters - PNP

The 12 midnight to 5 a.m. curfew imposed by Malacañang was meant to facilitate the arrest for other personalities behind the Makati standoff, National Police Director Avelino Razon told 24 Oras Thursday night.
Razon said night-shift workers, such as call center agents, mediamen, hospital staff and manufacturing personnel, will not be apprehended if they show their company identification cards.
