Not that he has personal net worth of hundreds of billions of pesos, I suppose.
Nag-umpisa lang naman siya sa Phoenix Petroleum at Chelsea Logistics which aren't even major players in their fields (yet).
All these other expansions smell of behest loans.

Wala yan, transfer of wealth lang yan, alam naman nya ang risks ng 1 term president, but he will come out many times wealthier than before the term.

ako walang inside information but by the looks sa mall maganda kitaan ni contis. A fairly price cake.

kaya nga hinid ako mapabili ng donut dahil naisip ko kung gagastos ako 12pcs donut so magkano yun lets say krispy kreme original glazed 435pesos. Eh yung blueberry cheeskcake ni contis 695, yung mango cheesecake same price din.

So just add 260pesos eh may quality ka na desserts.

hindi ko talaga (ill be using a tagalog na malalim) hindi ko talaga mawari bakit ang peeenoise bumbili ng donut 12pcs!!!! Pwede naman bumili dekalidad na dessert.

Mahal na Conti's simula nung naging commercial na. Kung inabutan mo yung Conti's up until the early 2000s nung isa pa lang branch nila sa BF, you'll find it expensive. I used to be able to afford a tray of baked salmon, now, no way! I forgot nung 90s pero hindi pa sila Conti's back then.

You only mention the cheaper cakes/cheesecakes but what about the others, puro above P1k. I still go for homebakers.

Among commercial cakes, Cara Mia ang sulit for me. Mary Grace ang never ko bibilhin ang cakes in whole. It's way too expensive for a commercial cake.

I subscribed to PNX4 at 1k issue price dati, that's the preferred share that suspended payment. I felt uneasy so I sold it at breakeven only to see it rise above par.

When it fell upon rumors of a suspension, I bought at 800 kesos. It continued to drop to 600 but I was able to sell it again at breakeven when it went up again.

Now the stock is trading below 300, only went up above it today because of his promise that it will pay eventually.

Razon pulls out of casino investment deal with Davao's Dennis Uy | Inquirer Business

Billionaire Enrique Razon Jr. is pulling out of a deal to invest in the Cebu and Clark casino projects of Davao-based tycoon Dennis A. Uy’s PH Resorts Group Holdings, causing shares of the latter to fall on Wednesday.

Razon-led Bloomberry Resorts Corp., the operator of the Manila Bay integrated complex Solaire Resort & Casino, said its board approved a resolution to terminate the term sheet with PH Resorts subsidiaries signed 10 months ago or on May 6, 2022.

Shares of PH Resorts, part of Uy’s Udenna Group, fell fell 5.88 percent to P0.80 each while Bloomberry rose 2.13 percent to P9.10 per share.

PH Resorts recovered from a drop of as much as 9.4 percent after saying earlier in the session it had not received any formal communication of the deal termination and hinted it was “possible” to close the transaction with Bloomberry.

After trading hours, PH Resorts confirmed the deal was off and said it could pursue other investors.

“While it is unfortunate that a deal was not closed, this now allows both parties to pursue their own plans,” PH Resorts president Martin Escalona said in the filing.
