PILI, CAMARINES SUR - Nelly Villafuerte plans to file an election protest against Camarines Sur 3rd district Congresswoman-elect Leni Robredo.

Villafuerte accused Robredo of cheating and vote-buying.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News on Friday, Villafuerte said she will not concede to Robredo, who won against her by a landslide.

"There was computerized cheating," she claimed. "There was massive use of resources in cash ... There was distribution of P100,000 per barangay."

She added that she will pursue a disqualification case she and her husband, losing gubernatorial candidate Luis Villafuerte Sr., filed against Robredo for alleged vote-buying.

The case, filed two days before the polls, was in response to the criminal and disqualification cases for alleged vote-buying that Robredo lodged against the couple earlier.

"I cannot just drop it. Second, I can file a case at the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal," Villafuerte said.

Villafuerte also accused Robredo of using police to intimidate her supporters.

Robredo, in response, downplayed all of Villafuerte's allegations, saying she expected them.

She said the Villafuertes have been filing cases against her husband, Jesse, when he was still alive, all of which did not prosper.

"Sanay lang talaga sila sa ganoon," she said.

"Kaya kahit papa'no inaasahan ko na rin," Robredo told ABS-CBN News. "Sanay tayo sa style na 'pag natatalo talaga, kung anu-ano ang ibinabato."

Robredo said she will never engage in vote-buying and cheating.

"Palagay ko alam naman ng mga tao sa amin na hindi namin 'yon gagawin," she said.

Robredo added that she is ready to face any case the Villafuertes will file against her.

She earlier said she will also pursue the cases she filed against the couple.

Robredo won the 3rd district's congressional race by more than 70,000 votes and was proclaimed on Wednesday.

Nelly, along with her husband Luis and their son LRay, all lost in this year's elections.

Luis lost to his grandson, 24-year-old Migz, in Camarines Sur's gubernatorial race.
