you cannot find teachers who are really qualified to teach STEM coz they're in high paying careers here and abroad

unless schools pay a lot to attract them to be teachers which is unlikely

so you're left with teachers who are BS educ grads who have no STEM background tapos sila pinapaturo ng STEM subjects
