May kakilala ako yung 1,899 PLDT account nila na-upgrade na daw sa 300mbps. Ang claim nila natakot daw kasi sa DITO. Natawa na lang ako sabi ko mas threat pa ang Converge sa kanila (inspite of some of their issues) kaysa DITO with its very limited coverage.
Personally, I think these are plausible scenarios if we're following the Duterte family saga in the news and sa socmed.

Businesman yan si Duque, ndi doktor. Kaya alam niyo na, kita muna bago ang lahat. Kaya ayan huli sa lahat ng orders kasi inuuna kung paano kikita.

December 19th, 2021 09:16 AM #2616The Duterte legacy | The Manila Times
A classic case in this regard is the nuclear power plant built by President Ferdinand E. Marcos during the martial law regime. That plant would have solved as early as then the exorbitantly high cost of electricity. But a typically vindictive usurper of political power, Ninoy's widow Cory, ordered the closure of the plant upon assumption of the presidency in EDSA 1, Among the first acts of the usurper was, together with the release pronto of Communist Party of the Philippines Chairman Jose Maria Sison, the return of Meralco to the Lopezes gratis et amore. Clearly from this example, we see how in the hands of the callously evil, the presidency can be manipulated to favor only personal interests.
"PRRD (President Rodrigo Roa Duterte) showed the people how a good servant leader should be. He genuinely brought change in governance, except for a few major issues which he wasn't able to address during his term. I will not belabor what those issues are, but suffice it to say that people know. They are not stupid. It is not a perfect government; far from it. And many of the reforms he brought to his bureaucracy have to be sustained for another six years. Sadly, only another good leader like him can deliver them.
So, who cannot deliver them?

Dagdag bawas modus of dugz
Lessen the budget for disaster relief and increase the money flow made available to the "unauditable" office of the president
At isa pa, dapat hindi mawawalan ng pera para sa disaster relief ops kasi preprogrammed na iyan dapat.
Wala kasi ebak talaga ang budhi eh.
The consequences of greed is immeasurable.

BNPP was mothballed not only by cory but by ramos, erap, glory, pnoy and from the looks of it by duterte himself. more importantly cory decided not to operate it because of the horror of the nuclear disaster that happened in chernobyl, ukraine in 1986 and not vindictiveness as you believe
ramos, erap, glory and duterte could have operated the nuclear plant built by apo macoy during their respective terms but they didnt, why is that so? cause theres no place to dump the nuclear waste it will generate which will remain hazardous for a thousand years. generating power from a nuclear source doesnt end in a simple generation of electricity but in dumping nuclear wastes and dumping nuclear wastes aint cheap endeavor
meralco was owned by the lopezes and was forcibly taken from them by marcos during martial law. its only appropriate to return it to the rightful owners after the architect for its takeover was ousted in 1986
martial law was implemented by marcos to avert communist take over but what ensued under martial law was DICTATORSHIP and NATIONALIZATION of companies which are hallmarks of a SOCIALIST/COMMUNIST regimes like USSR which is now defunct due to moral and financial bankruptcy
do you honestly believe that jeproks junior can deliver the operation of nuclear plant built by his father?
why did bangui, ilocos norte resorted to windmills and not nuclear power plant to generate electricity?Last edited by kisshmet; December 20th, 2021 at 12:34 AM.
