i think its time to legalize Divorce here in Phil.. tayo na lang sa Asia ang illegal ang divorce,

but those Damaso will not agree on this at makikialam na naman sila

and i think divorce is better solution for a couple who has a conflict, rather than living together "miserable life"

Even if actual "divorce" is not legal in the Philippines, we already have it, or at least for those who can afford the high costs it requires.

Annulment (due to mental incapacity) has been used for many many year in the Philippines in lieu of divorce. It requires a psychologist to formally submit his findings regarding the couple and that will be used by the lawyers to be submitted to court so the marital contract will be declared null and void.

All that requires quite a bit of money and lots of time (up to two years) for the whole process to be completed.
