digong is asking for a P 4.5b intelligence fund for his disposal. it looks like someone needs funds to prop-up his falling image. i really feel that latest pop survey w/c came out earlier this month was rigged.

the outside world is noticing and practically calling out digong. i bet he's feeling the humiliating heat and he doesn't know how to deal w/ it that's why he's not venturing far from davao city.

It's so nice to see that the Chinese really hold a special place in psycho's heart, even if they're scums of the earth.

I think he is trying to salvage his reputation, or whatever is left of it. Seasoned politician talaga. Diverts the attention of the masses when it needs to be then behind all the smoke, does something else. The amazing thing is, marami pa rin naniniwala sa kanya.

Universal healthcare lack funds for full implementation based on the 2020 budget proposal

The law was passed before 2019 mid-term election to win the electorates vote but will be implemented only on a limited basis simply because it cant be funded fully

Most likely, his pronouncement of raising the UNCLOS with Xi is just an empty pronouncement meanth to relieve those disillusioned followers.

the president's initiative to exponentially increase the importation of rice is not just shoving local rice farmers to bankruptcy but it's also causing millions of sacks of rice in nfa warehouses to waste away.

i see sen cythia villar and her husband salivating at the thought of those unused convertible farmlands.

^that's the whole point of the rice tarrification law, to bankrupt the farmers so developers can low ball the idle farm lands
