April 15th, 2016 07:00 PM #1359I'm still undecided on whom to vote, but I'm slightly favoring Duterte. Binay is too corrupt, Roxas is too incompetent, Miriam is too sick and very slim chance of winning, Poe is all talk and too inexperienced.
