natural sugar is still cheaper than artificial sugar. but whether this pricing is commerce-driven or political, i do not know.

i think majority of our local sugar needs is still local-sourced.
but what i find confusing, is why we import sugar as well as export sugar?

the studies do show conflicting conclusions or suggestions.
this is not my specialty, and i would not wish to sow in-accurate thoughts among the hopefuls.
even among physicians, the issue is clear as mud.
an endocrinologist would be the better specialist to comment on this.
