    I tried to google this for info but only plans of Pres. Arroyo was reported. nothing on whether she actually visited Manila. Cathedral... I just want to know...

    After what happened with the marcoses, maybe just low profile just in case.

    gma went there as a part of an obligation as the president but she didnt carry her heart with it, sorry but no sincerity could be felt...
