ano kaya magiging impact nito?
yung mga first year high school ngayon (2nd year next year) graduate na sila after 3 years which is 2014.
yung incoming first year high school students, gagraduate sila ng high school ng 2016.
it means magiging konti lang ang magiging 1st year college sa school year 2014-2015?

this is stupid.
mas tataas ang drop-out rate nito - coz parents can no longer pay for the +2 years in hs.
they can't fix the current problems now nga eh. what more if they add 2 more years ? mas " hell " yan for them. mas babatikusin sila.
this is good sana IF ...
1. there are sufficient jobs to employ the unemployed parents here.
2. there are enough classrooms for the students
3. there are enough teachers/textbooks/chairs etc. for the students
4. there will be enough jobs awaiting for the graduating students from the public/private school
ang tanong, meron ba ? WALA.

yung mga incoming 1st year college, 2015 graduation nila. it mean... walang magiging new graduates for school year 2015 to 2017? kung meron man siguro yung mga irregular students. magiging mababa unemployment for new gradyates rate by that time hehehe... kasi yung mga supposed to be graduates eh may 2 years pang bubunuin sa college.

I think the quality of education is the real problem, especially in public schools.
I think the real solution is better investments and facilities for our public schools, better teachers with better pay.
But then again, poverty still plays a big role. If a parent can't afford bringing his/her child to school, then that's another problem.
planning to keep it for 15yrs just done 10,000 km already replaced the transfer case fluid w/...
