Death Penalty; Are you in favor or not?

Dapat ibalik na yang death penalty para mabawasan naman mga kriminal baka dumami pang lahi nila. Maganda siguro pag caught in the act bitayin na agad baka makawala pa. Bigtihin o kaya pugot-ulo para mas matakot mga kriminal isama na din mga squatter.

yes please... and could we expand the list of heinous crimes to add those congenital corrupt government officials. it's a good way of lessening and cleaning up the philippine population. pwede bang isama na rin natin ang mga human rights activists

The death penalty has never been proven to be a deterrent to crime. Some of the most heinous crimes in Philippine history were committed when we still had the death penalty.

Also, a leaky justice system will always put doubt on whether the suspect is truly guilty beyond any reasonable doubt.

Executing one innocent man is executing one innocent man too many and is certainly too high a price to pay.

Better to have the heinous criminals dead and buried than roaming the streets looking for his next victim. His next victim might be your loved ones. Would you want that on your conscience, that you could have stopped a murder of a loved one but did not do it?

Ok din ang DDS. The end justify the means. At balita ko sa Davao City, may due process din, some known criminals, depending upon the gravity of the offense committed, are warned first to get out of Davao City or not to do the same, within how many days, at pag di sila sumunod, yari na. :bond:
