The reason why I favored the death penalty was the possibility for it to be a deterrent as most Filipinos fear death. Criminals of today think that our justice system is too weak, and they could easily outrun the authorities & get out of jail as long as they have the right connections.

The thing stopping me is, as said in the previous page, the possibility of having cases of mistaken identity.

Hence, I would approve of the death penalty if and only if the concerned is proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

And yes, I think having it televised, whether by lethal injection or electric chair would make people cringe thus having them think twice before they do a crime.

Having seen the bilibid prison personally, I think death penalty would be advantageous for the prison itself since the death penalty would help the place to be more "breathable".

The probable candidates for death penalty would be:
    - people guilty of murder
    - people guilty of ***ual abuse
    - people guilty of drug pushing or guilty of running a drug den

Walang budget para sa kuryente. Sigurado mag-babanat yung Greenpeace na gawin solar powered electric chair yan.

Sabagay, kung politiko yung pagkukunan ng organs, slightly used lang yung puso at utak nyan; low mileage ika nga.

Yup, there are many things the Philippines can't do. Cleanliness, Honesty, and Death Penalty.
