least comfy sya doon, than iuwi sa bahay.

March 25th, 2008 08:11 AM #8Met her once during her presidency. She was very pleasant and accomodating. Tita Cory's mom died from the same form of cancer. She never goes for check-ups. Kaya important talaga to have annual check ups if you reach fifty. Undergo colonscopy every 5 years and your colon cleaned.
Another victim of colon cancer was Rio Diaz-Cojuangco. She was the sister of former Miss Universe Gloria Diaz. Rio was diagnosed with Stage 4colon cancer in December 1998. She was given three months to live then, but she lived for six more years. seriously, cancer only happens when cells multiply out of control.
That doesnt easily happen.
We have built-in mechanisms to prevent that.
U get cancer only when those mechanisms fail.
The mechanisms are more prone to failure as we get older.

March 28th, 2008 07:04 PM #17According to a news story aired just now, former president Cory Aquino was advised to avoid any form of contact with negative individuals, as part of efforts to combat her colon cancer.
IMO, she should start with her son Noynoy, her daughter Kris, Jun Lozada and all of her so-called political allies.
