funny thing is sabi ng sgt at arms ng senate, kung nagtatago si neri sa malacaņang, obstruction of justice daw.
pero yung mga dating incidents kung saan ang mga wanted peronalities ay nagtatago sa senate o kongreso, separation of co-equal branches of the govt.
buhay nga naman.
pero ok yung sabi ni JPE about neri. bakit pipilitin mo yung taong nagsalita na for 12 hours sa senate hearing. eh pwede niya naman i-invoke yung right to remain silent kahit pilitin siyang umatend dun.
my take is, merong gustong marinig ang opposition senators from neri. at supposedly, yung gusto nila marinig, ay ang sinasabing katotohanan.
anu kayang legislation na magiging resulta nitong imbestigasyon ng ito?
