    Guys, may maitutulong din sa atin ang libel clause sa cybercrime law dito sa tsikot. A forumer here can be sued with libel by the car companies for posting defamatory posts about their vehicles. At least hindi na mapapagod mga mods na i-ban siya for the nth time.

    sabi sa balita kagabi, kahit mag-request si Sen. Angara to delay implementing Section 19 (tama ba?), wala daw balak gawin ng DOJ yun kasi taga patupad sila. dapat daw congress/senate should pass the amendment asap

    Isn't it ironic na sa current administration pa nagkaroon ng ganung law when the previous admin ang bugbog sa scandals and criticisms, everyday. Parang unexpected, kung si GMA ang pumirma mas pwede pa. Wala pa naman gaanong scandal ang current admin, nothing to criticize. Yet inunahan na ang netizens, siguro ayaw din ni Pnoy na gawin sa kanya gaya ng mga criticisms na binabato sa mga kalaban niya.

    Sa palagay ko talagang minadali ang pag pasa sa Cybercrime Law na yan at talagang intented na singitan ang libel clause kasi malapit na ang election..... Alam nila na magagamit ang sosyal network sa paglalabas na baho nila at yan ang kinatatakot ng mga pulitikong yan..... Wala na ibang dahilan...... Sila ang makikinabang diyan at hindi tayo o taong bayan. Kaya huwag na huwag inoboto ang lahat ng pulitikong involved dito.

    Pero pag nagpapa interview siya sabi niya hindi daw siya, panay pa tanggi ni mokong. Sabi niya siya lang daw nag propose pero hindi daw siya naglagay. Eh wala naman daw mga kumontra sa ibang senators. Tingin talaga ng politiko ganun ka tanga mga tao
